Nate Garner is a former NFL offensive lineman, head football coach, and keynote speaker. After four seasons at the University of Arkansas, he spent seven seasons with the Miami Dolphins, appearing in 74 games and starting 19. Today he serves as Head Football Coach at North Greenville University, where his 2025 squad went 6–0 in Conference Carolinas, won the CC Bowl, and reached the NCAA Division II playoffs. He was named Conference Carolinas Coach of the Year the same season.
Nate is the founder of Garner Legacy LLC and the Garner Legacy Foundation, a 501(c)(3) supporting young athletes. He produces ALPHA Sports Media and The ALPHA Podcast, and speaks nationally on leadership, faith, and the ALPHA mindset. He lives in Tigerville, SC with his wife Tiffany and their three sons.
