01 / Built on the Line

Seven seasons
in the trenches.

Before the clipboard and the sideline headset, there were seven seasons in the trenches.

I wore #75 on the offensive line at the University of Arkansas and carried the same number to the Miami Dolphins from 2008 to 2014: 74 games, 19 starts, every position on the line.

The NFL taught me three things: discipline, preparation, and resilience. Those are the same three things I coach today.

Conference Coach of the Year, 2025.

02 / The ALPHA Framework

Five words.
One standard.

Every man I coach, every team I build, and every business I run operates on the same five principles.

  1. AAggressiveIntentional, decisive, relentless action. Set the tempo, strike first, impose your will.
  2. LLoyalCommitment that costs you. Show up when it’s inconvenient. Tell the hard truths.
  3. PPreparedStudy every assignment. Refuse to be caught off guard. Preparation is what keeps you on the roster when talent alone doesn’t.
  4. HHumbleStrength to put the team above self. Block for others’ wins. Accept the coaching. Own the mistake.
  5. AArmoredBuilt spiritually, mentally, physically to take the blows. Built through faith, preparation, and the people around you.

03 / Faith & Family

The foundation
under everything.

The most important roles I hold aren’t on any business card.

I’m Tiffany’s husband and father to three sons. My identity is grounded in Jesus Christ. That’s the foundation under everything else I build.
